Refund policy

At Lavender, we want you to absolutely love your jewelry. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer an exchange.

Exchange Terms:

Exchanges must be requested within 48 hours of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs when sending the item back for exchange.
